When you purchase or use Chair S.O.S., we may collect:

Chair S.O.S. may also let you enter business information into the dashboard, such as revenue data, expenses, client information, service pricing, and business metrics.

Data Storage & Your Backups

Chair S.O.S. currently stores most dashboard information locally within your browser or device rather than on our servers. This means your business data stays with you — but it also means you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Clearing your browser data, switching devices or browsers, or uninstalling may remove locally stored information. The app provides an export/backup option you can use to save a copy of your data.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as [YOUR ANALYTICS TOOL, e.g., Google Analytics]) to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you are visiting from a region that requires cookie consent (such as the EU or UK), we will request your consent for non-essential cookies where required.

EU/UK residents: Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at the email above.

Email Communications

If we send you product updates or marketing emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send essential transactional messages related to your purchase or account.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
